1979 ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER WRAITH II
Pedigree Motorcars is proud to offer this spectacular 24,000 Silver Wraith II for sale. For details and further information, contact Ken Baker via text or phone at 561-866-1601.

As a specialist with a long career working with Rolls Royce, we know these cars extremely well. So when a car comes along that is truly special, we have to point it out. This Silver Wraith II is such a car and we are fortunate enough to have a detailed history on it.

In August 1979, Mr. Manila of Belleville, New-Jersey took delivery of this Silver Wraith II. He ordered this car from Charles Schmitt & Co in St. Louis, Mo. He was very specific in his taste. He specified his car ordered in Silver Sand over Walnut Two tone with twin thin Walnut finelines. Inside he specified Beige Leather with Dark Brown Piping. The carpets we to be Dark Brown with Beige binding and a Fawn headlinder. The Everflex roof was to be Beige to compliment the two tone paint scheme. Mr. Manila also specified the walnut veneer inside the car be as dark as possible. He had the Top roll covered in Dark Brown Leather and the underdash and radio surround in Beige leather. Mr. Manila had his dream car and paid $80,925 for it.

Some years later, it was sold to its second owner. He had purchased it in 1986 to keep at his home in Palm Beach. He used it for his visits to The Breakers and Mar A Lago where he was a member of both clubs. Always maintained to the highest standards, this is one of the finest driving examples we have ever encountered.

The month prior to our purchasing it, he spent over $5,000 having the braking system serviced. We also have records of him putting in a new AC control unit and regular servicing.

We purchased this car from an agent of the second owner. We sold it to a collector in Las Vegas several years ago. He has since decided to liquidate his collection and gave us the opportunity to own this Silver Wraith II once again. Being that we loved this car so much, we were happy to buy it back. When we got it back, we serviced it to get it ready for it's new home. We had performed:

Oil Filter change
lube rear axle
Repair passenger side rear view mirror control
Install Rebuilt Alternator
Replace Air Pump
Bleed Rear Self Leveling valve
Rebuild Self-leveling valve
Flush coolant
Change Transmission fluid

In 2017 we sold it to a Florida collector who enjoyed it when he was able too. He has since moved overseas and we had the opportunity to acquire our beloved Silver Wraith II once again. Although the previous owner maintained the car and had work performed on it, he only used it sparingly. As with all of our cars at Pedigree once again we had a thorough inspection performed and brought everything up to date. To get the car ready for sale we just had performed:

Oil filter change
Repair rear door lock actuators
Clean and Lube all door windows and lubricate the chain drives
Replace left front window regulator and switch
Recharge air conditioning system
Replace brake pumps, refill and bleed system
Replace various tail light bulbs
Adjust trunk latch
Remount fuel pump
Front end alignment
Replace headlights
Repair Riostat connectors
Bleed and adjust brake system
Replace alternator
Repair wiring to cruise control
Replace battery

In getting this Rolls Royce ready for sale we spent over $6600 in service. It is now turnkey and ready to be driven and enjoyed. This is quite a special car. Very few are in this kind of condition and run as beautifully as this one does. On the day we photographed it the temperature was 90 degrees outside and the engine ran nice and cool and never skipped a beat.

Included with the purchase of this Rolls Royce are all of these original accessories:
